Phelps lost to Cavic but he gets gold?

Why is that?
You need both hands on the sensor. The sensor took Phelps time with only his right hand on it. By the time Phelps got his left hand on Cavic already had both of his hands on. So basically Phelps used one hand to activate sensor first claiming the 10ms win while not complying to the rules.

55 seconds, and 121 seconds where he outstretched his right hand.
Phelps is clearly a great swimmer but Cavic was always #1 in qualifiers and Phelps didn't deserve to win that particular gold medal. |

| I don't think Phelps meant to touch with one hand, because it's obvious in the picture, he isn't lunging with one hand. He had done a half stroke. But if the rule is two hands, then Cavic must of won. I wonder what's going to happen for here... |

I don't really trust officials or people in power anymore after this summer :haha:
Wachovia losing 3 times more than expected on earnings only for it's shares to shoot up 8% or so.
Seems like reality is dictated by those who are in power, and the rest are not intelligent enough to think for themselves. |
