Homebrews are like a dime a dozen now. You can go to ing Target and pick yourself up some create-a-beer kits.
The next up and coming thing is the create-a-spirit. There's this company that supplies you with an oak barrel (miniature like 3 or 5 Liter barrel) and you put in the grain alcohol and the mixture of whatever spirit you want and let it ferment for a week.
You can make whiskey, tequila, bourbon, scotch, brandy and more! and it tastes just like premium brands. Jack, Johnny, Jose, Captain, etc..
