federer looked like his old-self in putting the paddle to djokovic's bottom. the defensive/offensive slice shot over djokovic's head said to me that federer is ready for the final. i was told i got a lot of tv time working the match, handing towels to both players.
it's unfortunate that both semifinals were played at the same time; it was all in an effort to have the men's final sunday, but now it's going to be monday. they probably should've put nadal/murray at 11 am as well. i think nadal was just utterly confused about his surroundings in armstrong stadium vs. ashe. |

what's your problem with rafa? He's a great player who's won on every surface at some level and his games are good to watch, especially compared to some of the dull stuff we have to watch from some players. |

Nadal is great at what he does, grinding and moonballing his opponents to death and winning off their un-forced errors. The past two days Murray was aggressive, hitting flat forehands and backhands with power and precision along with great variety with his slices, basically exposing Nadull's weakness on hardcourts.
I can care less how many titles he's won or if he's number one, I absolutely hate his game and style of play and am glad he's out. He's never going to win a hard-court grand slam. |

i think you mean hardcourt major because a grand slam is the collection of the year's four major tournaments. anyhow, not sure how you can say he will never win the australian or us open. he's a good player whether you like the way he plays or not and every year he gets better. this is his best hard court season ever and although he isn't playing tomorrow this was his best showing at the us open. i think nadal has shown he can play on all surfaces and i would be surprised if didn't win an australian or us open at least once in his career.
i also don't think someone can win four times at roland garros and once at wimbledon by relying on their opponents unforced errors...don't hate. |

great tennis final.
would rather want to see a 3rd set, but the ending was solid how serena came back from jelena's set points. |
