to tell you the truth, i do use soap when i shower in the mornings followed by a facial lotion to smooth the skin and regular cucumber lotion for the hands. :)

my 2 cents.

anything burt's bee facial cleanser stuff RULES and if you have a break out use the burt's bee tea tree oil blemish stick.

i also just switched to using pantene pro v beautiful lengths and i LOVE IT! it makes my hair so silky smooth and shiny.

mix a bit of vaseline with your body lotion (nivea is my preference) and slather that on. locks in moisture and soft skin forever!

i only use soap in my armpits cooch/butt and that's it lol i soap up full body like twice a week. true story:p dermatologist said there's no need for lathering your body every day unless you have a job where u sweat and/or get dirty all the time, which i don't.

in fact, i just recently took a hungover shower with my man and i grabbed the soap and did a halfassed wash (armpits cooch/ass) and he was like, "OMG that's IT? wtf babe loL" he insisted on washing me after that while i argued that it didnt matter since we were going JET SKIING and would be in the ocean all day wtf

plus one, i try not to over-wash, but i am a dude. vaseline solves most probs, use it instead of chapstick especially (that is addictive, and burts bees does NOTHING).

i have had to start doing the face wash thing. it used to mess with my allergies but i was gettin too clogged. i use the gf's clean and clear|

i meant soap for the face. sorry. :)
but i am a bit of a clean freak. on some days, i do a double soap wash. i use the soap bar followed by body wash.

ew guys you should shower and use soap. you lose layers of skin daily AND i think it is uncommon for someone not to sweat at least a little during the day plus if you put lotion on or spray yourself with colongne/perfume you should wash that stuff off you. also if you go to the gym at all you better freaking take a shower with soap.

but most of the smell comes from certain areas of the body! smell is the enemy, not every inch of skin.

soap and hot water actually remove all the healthy oils your skin produces to protect itself.

im not a dirty hippy and i know when i stink, but soap is not always necessary, everywhere. its like shampoo, its healthier for you hair if you do it less often|
