| In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the icepack, I use a deep pore-cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser, then a honey-almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb mint facial masque which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after-shave lotion with little or no alcohol because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing "protective" lotion. |

| i will go without washing my hair for 1 to 2 days. i just notice it tangles more when i wash it frequently. |

exactly. i only lather up twice a week and not to toot my own horn or anything but one of the most common compliments i get is that i smell good:toocool:
washing too much with soap strips your skin of natural essential oils, etc...
basically what biz said. unless u are a construction worker or something like that, it's not really necessary to soap up every time u shower. even if u get a little sweaty during the day, just washing your armpits, ass & vagina is fine. the water rinses off the rest of your body enough. |

i dunno my ex was a metro but he was kinda secretive about it and there were other aspects of his personality that were 110% GUY so it depends.
the guys who pride themselves on being metro or brag about having metro-like qualities are gay. the ones who are just low-key about it and you have to basically discover on your own that they have metro-like qualities, are probabably more straight than most of the guys you know.
