Basicly - a bunch of boring classes that will allow me to take more interesting stuff later.

The only interesting stuff I have for the next two semesters are;

-intro to molecular bio
-intro to anthropology
-culture and biology (anthropology)
-sociology of cyberspace (actually looking foward to this one)

Ouch 8:30am :(

Luckily for me, my earliest classes this semester (my last woo! :D) are at 10am (tue & thurs). Mon I start at 2pm, wed at 6:30pm and got friday off. It's pretty good, I prefer to start later rather than earlier.

My last four subjects are these:

Transfusion Science
Biochemistry, Genes and Diseases
Haematology 1

Because I liked university a lot and can't wait to start grad school, but gotta pay the bills for a while first - and the pursuit of that has proven to be infinitely less fun than buying books and going to class.

I know. I am . :(

Maybe I'll be the same next year, though at this point I can't wait for November!

To be totally honest with you, and hopefully not too disheartening, graduating this Summer (for a while) proved to be one of the most depressing events of my life.

I did well, got great grades, but as soon as I had nothing to really get up for in the morning it was like it was all worthless. My hunt for a job went really, really rough for a while - like 3-4 months of just nothing but pounding pavement every day, submitting resumes, following up on calls that never got returned, anything, and just failing again and again.

Thankfully, I did find something - but man, even though I know it's cheap and stupid and totally not the right response, for a while all I thought was " do I wish I had school to look forward to."
