The only Nokias that are good are the N and Communicator series. Otherwise they are all (this in reference to their current offerings. They used to be solid as hell.) LG is the same. If I had to choose though, I would choose the Viewty.
edit//Oh and "3" is NTT DoCoMo (a Japanese telco) outside of Japan. ;)

i've had an lg for nearly 2 yrs now, havent had any real issues with it
i always find if you treat your phone well, it wont fail you ;) |

Yeah, I've had my RAZR for 3 years now, still works fine.
The only reason I'm considering this deal thingy is that it'll be the same cost per month as I already pay, with a better plan, and a new (free) phone. 24 month contract doesn't bother me either. |

I managed the cell phones for the whole western region at my old company. LGs fell apart or broke when dropped even just a couple times. They are utter , but as I said earlier, of the two he has a choice of, I would still pick the Viewty. |
