I heard from Maria (friend who is helping the organizers) that the sound is on and doors are open at Coney Island.
I think some of the rain might have caused the delay...

| I hear today's night portion of minitek will be held at studio b b/c of everything that happened yesterday at the original evening venue. ... only studio b's been shut down for a while now :conf: . seems poorly organized so far, but mostly due to the authorities. good luck tonight! |

Webster Hall is taking on some of the bigger acts tonight...M.A.N.D.Y. Tiefscharz, and Audiofly
its not part of the minitek event though, in that the wristbands aren't gonna be accepted.
regular $30 admission |

That at least sounds like a safe bet. I hear NYPD is shutting down the stage that M.A.N.D.Y. and Tiefschwarz are on at this very moment. Unbelievable :whip: .
You know, a portion of the lineup is NYC techno locals. Not sure why they didn't fill in the minitek organizers about paying off the cops beforehand.. |

yeah, this is very much a safe bet. Webster is big enough, and experienced enough to make this a hassle free night. I just feel bad for the people that dropped $100+ on the full weekend. what a mess. :( |
