| just back in ontario, couldn't find anyone to go friday, so went down by myself before seeing a buddy spin at mod club. figured it would be maybe my last opportunity to see halladay. jays won a nail biter 6-4. this team is looking good. too bad cito didn't take over a little earlier this year! jays stay healthy, and if they can resign aj, watch out next year. Hey, (although near), its not quite impossible that they make it this year. After all, the Mets were 7 up on the phillies on sept 12 last year before blowing it on the final day. They have to go at least 6-1 against the red sox in their remaining games, but the way this team is playing, it just might happen. |

| for the jays to realistically have a chance they have to win all their remaining games....not going to happen. The jays will blow it against the sox....because they will think they actually have a chance and will choke....like almost all toronto pro teams |

it is a little late,
but don't completely count them out. They will need an amazing finish + a slump from the Red Sox.
But they are only 7 games out, with only 18 games left.
They do play Boston though 7 times...so they would need to sweep each of those series...
They could be the Rockies this year
