Beer and Clamato is awesome. My friends and I usually order a side of it with each pitcher. Sometimes, the waitress has no clue what we are talking about and ends up bringing each of us a huge glass of Clamato.

I find that it de-carbonates the beer, making it easier to drink.

One thing I have noticed is that it does taste better with industrial domestic beers, as mentioned previously.

Ew.

But yeah, Caesars are teh awesomez0rs. Only in the summer though. Come fall it's onto the Amaretto Sour (by wintertime I'll just be pounding JD straight out of the bottle).

Mmmm.... Amaretto...

Just made myself a pint of caesar. I really gotta cut back on this bloody thing....

Out of curiousity, what is the ratio of making this red eye? 50/50?

Ceasers are the dopest!!!

Love the ones from the keg with the pickled asparagus...

Love em spicy too, what I like to do is put the juice from the jar of pepprechinos in the drank too... hot sauce and the worchester...DOPE! I use green onions too, let the onion soak it all up then chow on that after...

DO NOT however try to get fancy and reflect your heritage by making a tandoori ceaser... it does NOT work... sounds brilliant.... nope

Red Eye Ratio - between 1/4 and 1/8 should be your ratio I would think.. depends on how you like yours... I only put a little, maybe a shot of clamato for a pint of beer...

Nah, was a attempt last summer with my cousin... figured, tomatoe juice, a pinch of tandoori powder, some garam masala, a chilli, some green onion, some crushed ginger....

Tasted alright, came up way to quick tho... and it wasn't just me, shortly after my cousin was making fun of me for puking, his tandoori ceaser came back up too...

I want to, but scared to try it again...

I'm gonna have to try a caesar with tequila sometime:
quote:

Lime Tequila Caesar

Sea salt for rim

1.5 oz Kaban Citrus Tequila

5 Oz House or Commercial Clam-And-Tomato Juice

Fresh juice from half a lime

Pinch cayenne

1 lime wedge

Rim a highball glass with sea salt and fill halfway with ice. Place tequila, clam-and-tomato juice, lime juice and cayenne in a cocktail shaker with ice and roll gently to blend. Strain into the highball glass and garnish with the lime wedge.
