well put dood, im not really sure about them 2 choons matey, ive heard one version of DJ Cerla - sahara rave. and from the version i heard, i wouldnt say it was techno, i would say it was german chart rave, but like i said, ive only haerd one version of it, and it was on the cheesy side.
and T_1299..... please dont try and insult me, cos a) you'll lose and b) you have no reason to insult me, just because i proved you and probably quite a few other people in this thread wrong.
so please dont insult me due to the fact that you know about trance music. Why dont you go and join 'rockAddict.com'... afterall, is all music!.

and finally.. about the 'hardstyle' thingy. im not too sure about this, it probably is true.. as i wasnt 100% sure about my definition of techno = giada, technoboy etc... but one of looking at it is.... back in '96 i was heavily into what was called 'uk hard techno'.... over in holland, the same stuff was called 'gabber'. so you see, the same style of music had 2 different names between 2 different countries. so what im saying is... that maybe technoboy k-trax etc.. IS techno, but maybe the dutch have just got another name for it!.
... Im not saying that im right... but could this be a possibility?..... i hope so cos i thikn the name 'hardstyle' sounds a bit cheesy.. dont ya think? lol

ok, so what your now saying is. that hard house, hard trance ALLLL COMES UNDER THE GENRE 'TRANCE'?.... hard house is NOT trance, thats why its called hard house... cos it is house music that is hard, plus it has no trance elements in it. just the same as techno isnt trance.
Just do me and yourself a favour and leave this message board if your gonna come out with senseless comments like that, and then argue your point when your wrong, and then try to insult me because you ARE wrong |

| lol :rolleyes: , would you say im right about dj cerla - sahara rave?... like i said ive only heard one version of it.. i think its the original.... i bought a SSL double CD. the first CD, is full of stuff like.... adrima - cant stop raving. and forever young and stuff like that r on there... they are all radio edits too. That DJ Cerla (original edit i think) is on the first CD too, so thats why i classd it as 'german chart rave'.... plus it also sounds very chart-rave-esque! |
