If the light is green, aren't you supposed to pull into the intersection so that when you have the chance to turn left you can take it? Even if it's when the light turns yellow (or has just turned red if there's other people running the yellow/red coming from the opposite direction).

I swear that's what my driver's ed teacher taught me. But then again, that was 8 years ago now, I could be wrong...or the rule could have changed.

so much road rage lol.

Cabbies.

this one may not affect anyone else...but i hate when people tap their breaks repeatedly...as to flash their break lights...either just slowly push down on the break pad or off
NuERA
blocking the box
slowing down up hill
Prometheus Xex
- ppl who do a turn on a flashing green that has stopped or turned red even when they weren't in the intersection waiting to turn. They think they are being sneaking by going up the ass of the last person who is turning at the light. Meanwhile we are starting to cross into the intersection 'cause our light is green but can't since those idiots are illegally still turning on a turning green that has stopped for them 30 seconds ago!

Ok... this is my number one peeve...

STOP RUNNING THE ING RED LIGHTS ! ! !

I'm sick and tired of playing Russian roulette every time I come to an intersection. I see ppl running the lights EVERY SINGLE DAY without exception. So many of them aren't even at the intersetion when it goes red.

my biggest, by far

1. people who drive 120 or less in the left lane on the highway and think they are going fast, not moving over to the right when you are right behind them when they could be going the SAME speed in the lane to the right with other vehicles :whip: :whip: :whip: (, sometimes i want to strangle these people)

like sasha mentioned, right lane is the new left

2. people who don't signal

3. people who drive exactly the speed limit or below on city streets (bathurst and steeles comes to mind)
Swamper
- drivers making right turns onto main roads from side streets WITHOUT STOPPING and not bothering to speed up so you're forced to either change lanes or brake so you don't hit them

- drivers that tailgate you when even though there's a red light 50 feet ahead and then proceed to gun it passing you on the side while passing you only to hit their brakes feverishly so they can stop in time -- remedy: adjust your deceleration so you can end up at the intersection right when the light turns green and then accelerate past them

- drivers that STOP at a yield/merge even though you have your own dedicated lane -- I see this regularly at the entrance to Black Creek on Weston Rd and sometimes there are accidents because of it

i hate this one

also i want to correct myself

2. people who don't signal on the highway (honestly if you want to live then signal when you change lanes and always look if someone else is changing lanes from the opposite side as well)

yes you are supposed to..
you are not supposed to when there is a dedicated light for the left turn and it's red, you have to wait until it turns green.
