Lol, well i had a look and there is no option to do so, so i'll have to contact a mod.
I am not leaving because of anyone but me. I am wasting too much time on here because I have no self control over things like that. I waste time enough already. And where as previously I was getting music etc from here, for the past 2 years or so I've rarely given or recieved anything constructive from this site.
You get what you give I know, but i have totally lost energy in trying here. Through no ones fault other than its all become a bit mundane and stale for me. |

While I understand your point, TranceAddict's musical discussion has never been restricted to trance only, its URL notwithstanding. Everyone's entitled to their opinion, and I have learned more about electronic music as a whole here than I have anywhere else over the years. So, I say, bring on the preaching. It's opened up my eyes to new genres I would've never explored before.
Either view the "bashing" as a gateway to new and different sounds, or, get out of the kitchen. :) IMO. |

That, in itself, is admirable. However, if you have that much of a self control problem, nothing's going to stop you from lurking or signing up a new account down the road.

Pretty much. What people don't seem to realize is that those who get you all riled up are the "squeakiest wheels". That doesn't mean there is nobody here you can relate to.
But, some people get sand in their vagina because they can't take the heat. If so, they probably should just leave, because they will only serve to fuel the flame. |

Quite the contrary , i like alot of sounds from trance to house
Tiesto to pink floyd
but im here for my main love of trance and at globalhardstyle for hardstyle and IDM.com for IDM
so if you like that sound , go there not preach it here
if you know what i mean |

That's an awfully closed-minded outlook though, if you really think about it. To be honest, this forum would be comparatively dead, and a lot more boring, if you were only allowed to talk trance.
The description for "Music Discussion" has always said "for the discussion of trance, or any electronic music", so nobody's breaking any rules.
Besides that, then all people would do all day would argue what is or is not trance.
Well, I guess that happens anyway. Heh. |
