Cool!!!!!!
BUT probably it has a zillion settings. And offcourse the light influence is always an issue when making a shoot.
I'll wait on the bargain when one needs quick money for this :D |

Then this is obviously a camera that is many many steps above what you can deal with.
Point and shoots are where you should stay. |

get the $300 50mm 1.4 or even the $80 50mm 1.8 and you can do most of those looks with ease. Just might have to step back a bit. :)
But yes the majority of those lenses will break the bank. |

contemplating doing the same. I'd like to get a D90 and 5D2 - the D90 so I can have a small cam for regular more casual purposes. |

the D90 lacks autofocus when recording movies.
im fine with 720p resolution and ill even put up with the mono mic builtin, but the lack of autofocus is UNFORGIVABLE. |

I'm aware of that. Not interested in the D90 because of its video. It has good IQ and I get a hookup on it. A D80 would also be OK. |
