So Im looking for an excellent page turner type book that is well written and gets to the point. Or just well written books in general, only the best of the best though. Thanks! :)

What kind of stuff are you into?
FuzzyChicken
Im not into Sci-Fi or "stupidly" non-realistic stuff (some non-realistic stuff is ok within reason). Im into plain old entertaining/engaging books I guess. Tbh I dunno what Im into.

When I was a kid and even know I always enjoyed John Bellair mystery books because they were well written (to the point), easy to read, and entertaining/engaging stories.

I can only hope that this falls into yours "non realistic, but within reason" category because its probably THE most awesome fantasy series ever written. I am speaking of course of the A Song od Ice and Fire series. Give it a try.

Are you up for a random and entertaining tale?

Tom Robbins - Fierce Invalids Home From Hot Climates

One of my favourite books.

Paige Turner would be a good name for an author
Mr.Mystery
Reading For Dummies
basd
Elizabeth George - A suitable vengeance

Nothing arty farty, just a very well written thriller.
Trance Nutter
Anything by Frederick Forsyth.

They've got a fair bit of fact in them too which makes them really interesting to read.
Zoso
East of Eden by John Steinbeck. By far the best novel I've ever read. I try to read it annually.
