Im not into Sci-Fi or "stupidly" non-realistic stuff (some non-realistic stuff is ok within reason). Im into plain old entertaining/engaging books I guess. Tbh I dunno what Im into.
When I was a kid and even know I always enjoyed John Bellair mystery books because they were well written (to the point), easy to read, and entertaining/engaging stories. |

| I can only hope that this falls into yours "non realistic, but within reason" category because its probably THE most awesome fantasy series ever written. I am speaking of course of the A Song od Ice and Fire series. Give it a try. |

Nothing arty farty, just a very well written thriller. |

They've got a fair bit of fact in them too which makes them really interesting to read. |
