UHHHH, No it is not. The ultimate responsibility lies with the individual. Or if the individual is underaged, then it lies with its parents. The government enacted "e" to be illegal due to cases such as this one. Had she been caught dealing it, possessing it, etc. she would've faced penalties under law. Did you want George Bush to have been there to prevent her from taking illicit substances without clearance from a doctor? Ha ha.. If Joe Biden had his way, Monster Massive would cease to exist. She was yet another victim of Libtardism.

I understand user accountability but casualties like last weekend don't happen in other places around the world. Rave promoters in countries like Holland, Israel, Belgium and Canada have to fallow harm reduction polices which have been implemented by their government. Adulterated pills are the main culprit and the only way to stop them is to have pill testing booths. The parties are too overcrowded and hot. Their needs to be an EMT for every 740 party goers. Potable water should be free. Smoke free quite chill ares are a must.

Again. "e" is illegal here in the U.S. It is also illegal in Holland, Israel, Belgium and Canada. I watched hordes of people getting arrested at the Tiesto event just outside of Amsterdam last summer for possession after strict and very personal frisking. Street pharmacology is dangerous! And little solution/solvent testers and a few EMT's are not an answer to someone potentially being harmed by street phramacology.

Casualties do happen on the "greener" sides of the fence you're looking at. I personally watched a young lad from Britain die from an O.D. of "G" and "K" in front of Bora-Bora in Ibiza this past July. I consoled his girl as we watched the helpless efforts of the EMT's while the life was surley escaping the victim. Turns out he scored that crap on the street hours earlier.

Your little girl more than likely had a pre-existing heart and or liver condition. The way to prevent an adverse reaction is to responsibly not ingest street pharmas whilst not having a full medical workup. Her death was no one's fault but her own. Although most of you will find a humerous way to blame Bush, ha ha.

i dislike massives for many reason, one being all the underage kids getting completely f-ed up on too many drugs, going only for that reason, the underage girls wearing next to nothing, etc. for most of the same reasons others do not like them.
but if they would just make it 18 and older, many of these issues would evaporate, for the most part, yes you will always have issues with idiots who over do it on whatever poison they choose to put in their body but atleast with my experience, adults in clubs don't completely over do it as the young kids i see at every all ages event i attend.

a few years ago, giant threw an event in downtown called giant village that was 21 and over and it was the best "rave" event i have ever been to!!!!! hands down! it was so nice to be surround, for the most part, by responsible party goers. the crowd was intellegent, respectful, and fun, for the most part, and again there are always special circumstances but on the whole my experience was great.

i am not of the school of thought that it is someone else's fault that someone over does it, the individual is responsible or if they are underage, the parents!!!! it bothers me that too many people point fingers and shift blame. yes i believe that there are some bad drugs out there and certain people can be adversely affected by a small amount but when THAT person makes the choice to take whatever it is they CHOOSE to take then they need to realize that there are possible ill consequences that could happen.

anyways, just my 2 cents and as most of you know, not worth that

;)

party responsibily and respectfully please :D

so does that mean someone could use your ticket/wristband whatever they use after you leave from lawlers set? im not made of money and ive never been to a massive, but i know if i paid $30+ for an event I would want to get my moneys worth.

I mean if i went to disneyland I wouldnt just go get on space mountain, do a little dance and then leave. I'd make it an all day event and try to go on as many rides as possible.

I've never been before, but I'm considering going this time. Tough call with Sasha on the same night though.

guess that makes us different :D

i'm sure i'll end up staying a bit longer than just lawler and i'm getting there early to avoid insane lines that always occur at this event so i'll see djs and dance to their sets before lawler, just depends on who's after steve or if he closes it out, don't know the set times yet, if anyone knows, sharing that info would be greatly appreciated :tongue2

and i'm a teacher sweetie, so we know i'm not made of money, i just would also like to see carl cox at avalon and since i started a second job, i use that money for my entertainment, another reason i wanna leave after steve's set

So this is two weeks away... set times?

I've been to a couple MM's and heres what to expect ...

-------------------Pro----------------

You get a great dj or 2 (that IS this case this year,no NOT PVD)

------------------Con----------------

Fake electronica fans but LOVE drugs
Overcrowding
Bathroom is filthy after 10PM
underaged kids being REAL ignorant
E-Puddles (good goddddd how annoying can people get)

if you've never gone, you should its ALWAYS fun your 1st time, but after a while it tends to get annoying with little kids filling up the stadium

For me its a LOVE/HATE thing.. i love going because sometimes they book GREAT DJ's this year, john o callaghan, lawler, judge jules, markus shulz

but i hate being surrounded by motherf'kin little kids floating on E

Ya. This kinda pisses me off. JOC needs to be at a club headlining or something. Not at ing Monster Massive. They always do this to make the real EDM fans want to go. They throw in 1 or 2 DJs that barely ever make it out LA and toss them in the line up. BUll!!! He will probably be on for 45 minutes or something as soon as they open the doors. JOC should've told them to off!!!

+1, I'm dying to hear JOC's live set, but not in a massive event where he would play waaaay so early... i was pissed enough when Menno and Eddie played too early at EDC, it was during daylight for God sake!
