But he didn't do the same thing. He posted about a fashion show and included a link to "more information".
That link to "more information" was really just a link to his own video. It was an underhanded trick.
SP posted this thread with the youtube video in full-view, with an explanation of EXACTLY what she was trying to accomplish.
Two very different approaches, one honest, the other pathetic.

Give us a break Dima. There are a few very important differences here:
1. This thread stated its purpose explicitly. The other made it out to be an "event".
2. There is a difference between promoting yourself and promoting a friend. It may be a superficial difference to some but it is still a difference.
3. Margaret didn't bump the thread again and again by posting the same stupid video over and over.
4. This other pissflap can't even figure out how to post his video properly after like, 12 successive attempts.
5. Margaret and Sarah have both been part of the community for a long time. In marketing/legal terms, I'd call this an "existing business relationship". That is very different from registering an account for the sole purpose of promoting one specific video - in several days and several posts has that dude made any other contribution? It's the same as members starting event reviews or threads about a specific movie vs. a promoter doing it.
6. I think we're all overlooking the very obvious but nevertheless important point that Sarah is actually cute, whereas this other moron looks more gauche than the average Japanese game show contestant.
Are we done?

Sarah is only 200 or so veiws off of first, and the chick that's ahead of her looks like she should be working at a strip club, not on a runway.
