there are more important things in life than music and clubbing.

Of course. Like feeding the hungry or helping the needy. Doesn't mean anything.

Ding ding ding!

Also, she sounds a bit selfish.
And so do you.

of course not. I would never choose music or any hobby over her.

I just think shes being unfair.

I think one of the biggest problems is that she doesn't have that many hobbies herself which makes it harder for her to pass time, thus making me her entertainment.

is it at all possible though that she might be right just a little? even an iota?
IpLaYWiTLiGhTs
Of course I'm being biased about the situation, but I can attest that we spend the ass load of time together. We live together, go to school together, used to work at the same job, go out all the time for dinner/random activities.

People need time alone sometimes, as much as I enjoy her company.

So then invite her out to your parties, show her your music, teach her about what you love. If she has no interest in that either, then she should stfu.
elFreak
i thought you said she never wants to go out, yet you go out all the time.;p

the reality here is that you live with it, or you live without it.

it really is that simple...you can't always have everything the way you want it.

let me elaborate for you. a person who likes going to clubs and listen to music complaining about dating a person who likes to read books and stay at home... FAIL.

tried.

she's not into it. she doesn't like staying out late, doesn't like drinking, and doesn't like the music.

be careful with people like this. if she is relying on you for entertainment what does that say about who she is as an individual?

Music is a big part of my life too and I'm glad I have a boyfriend who knows more about it then I do - but it's not all that great either.

We fight about what's good and what's not too:tongue2

He's mostly into Trance and not so much party, PARTY, "party;)" - I'm into anything with a good beat and especially a damn good party.
