i will dig up my nona's pizza dough recipe and post it for you lucid.
trick is soak the dough for a day (after it rises) in honey water. |

NY pizza bla bla
pizza is in pizza. what if a great ny style pizza plce opens a shop in florida. THEN WHAT HUH? lol
anyway....this place is right up the street from me and it's the ing bomb. coal fired thinner type crust pizza with all fresh ingredients.
omg..it's out of this world.

For the record, however, I do not buy the "pizza is pizza" argument.
There is a lot of ty pizza out there, far more than good stuff. In fact, I had some for lunch today. :(

In northern California there is this "take-n-bake" place that makes ing delicious pizzas. |

We actually have a couple of those in town here that are also pretty good - though at least one of them is a bit overpriced IMO.
If anyone was going to ask me what the greatest pizza I've ever had is, however, it's no contest....

Yeah some locations are overpriced. It all depends on the area. But for a "take-n-bake" it is quite good. I wish they had thinner crust, but the crust is very delicious.
