I think November and January are the slowest months for events...January more-over than november.
November is the first really cold month, so alot of people get intimidated by the snow/cold and can't be bothered to go out.....by december, everyones used to it and the party starts again. January, everyone is broke from christmas and new years, so it's even slower.
All the "big bookings" kind of mirror the frequency that people go out.
...busiest time of the year, in southern ontario, for electronic music would the month before and after W.M.C.....and thats almost purely based on convience for tour routing. Every dj on the planet is in Miami, so they book some type of North American tour while they're here. and everyone stops in toronto.

Im pretty sure Tiesto is in Montreal for January 1st (not NYE, which is think is weird).... so maybe he'll stop by Toronto after. Maybe he'll crash another Guv party :p |
