| yeah this list is correct, i saw it earlier this morning at around 8am, the biggest shock was deadmau5 #11. there's honestly no way he belongs there. i was expecting schossow in the top 100 tho. Markus schulz is on a very well deserved spot. |

also DJ DAN was number 5 in 2006 so now is in # 148 ... ??? |

theres ***TONS**** of djs/producers i would put above David Guetta & deadmau5. ugh.
however i do love that A&B is #4. i feel that is well deserved. |

dj dan and christopher lawrence were d/q bc voting was rigged
and its a popularity contest which is fine by me...most of the top 30 DJs share something in common...they all have RADIO SHOWS...so they reach a bigger audience...
I agree with a lot of the rankings and disagree with a lot too...
It recognizes those who reached more people in 2007/2008...Of course Bobina isn't known over here...but I'm sure in some parts of the world hes got a huge fan base
I think why most people hate this poll is because you know there are fans of dance music that will only like a DJ bc of their ranking and skip other talent bc they are not ranked as high...
There is no perfect list...but i can tell you every dj that you like and dislike supports dj mag and advertises for it...and hopes that fans vote (ie advertising in emails/myspace/etc)...so oh well
and YEAH FOR DAVID GUETTA BEING #5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Because theres 50 better djs than Calderone, thats why.
I think #11 is perfect for deadmau5... His show in NY was amazing this year and as a producer he has no doubt been among the best |
