Would love to see him live with the band.
Saw him 2 years ago. Absolutely awesome.

Would also love to see the band live.
His sound is so futuristic sounding, love the way he uses the bass.
The Last Resort was amazing, really caught me off guard. Thought it was going to be a bunch of dance tracks. That short section in "Take Me Into Your Skin" towards the ending is breathe taking, wish he had made that longer.
Physical Fraction is one of my favorites from him...
He's been quiet for awhile now...needs to come back with some bombs!

He has not been quiet really, he is just concentrating more on the live aspects of his show then actual releases.

Although his album tracks like Take Me into Your Skin,Always Something Better, While The Cold Winter Waiting, Miss You and Moan are very nice. And im talking about the original album versions not some horrendous trashy techno remixes from dj cockslave or whoever that appear here and there (and neither some vocal version which sound like an Above and Beyond fix lol). The original ones are more like typical post-rockish, ambient and IDM-influenced though and have little (or no) relation to his DJing techno stuff (or some other album tracks for that matter). I mean Take Me Into Your Skin sounds like a good Mogwai track performed with electroish synthesizers. They are still very nice tracks though. There are many more similar artists who make similar melodic electronica (love this word lol) and they are better IMO (e.g. Apparat, Boy Is Fiction, Port-Royal, The World On Higher Downs,Proem,Aime, Last Days,Bitcrush, Slow Dancing Society etc.-yep i did some name dropping lol)
Have to agree with the overrated statement. People who are amazed by Trent are probably listening to some pretty boring music. Can't blame them however, there's just too much music these days, but also this "everything that's not minimized sucks" attitude cool EDM guys are promoting these days doesn't help either.

These overrated posts confuse me, as I find his whole world of sounds pretty unique.
Someone gimme a few quick examples of someone who uses similar samples, and provides the same kind of atmosphere?
