My Trip to Amsterdam/Full on Ferry :)

OMG!!! Best clubbing experience in my LIFE! The production of the entire event was MASSIVE, the people were some of the best people I have met, and the music was OMFG!!!!!:eyes: :crazy: :eyespop:he
The Booth was set up like a "flying UFO" that hovered around over our heads the entire night....it was perfect! Never a blocked view except for the few seconds it went flying over you to another spot. The lasers were incredible, the live singer actually knew how to sing (errr flashback to armin events....eeek!), and the DJ's must have known it was a special event because every last one of them brought their A game. We were WERKIN it on the dancefloor. The theme was masquerade, so most people had the masks on, which were just beautiful!
People from all over the world, including many that I personally know from Canada, Holland, England, New York, SanDiego, Connecticut, Sweden, Norway, Australia, Russia, etc :) Such a great bunch to finally have ALL together for one thing: FERRY! :) :) And I have to day that the Dutch are the most accomodating people I have ever met....making sure everything is perfect with your stay and that you are having the best time ever. Some of the nicest and most fun people I have ever met! <3
Sidney Sampson, Lange, Sander van Doorn, Marcus Schosshow, Solarstone, Eddie Halliwell, and of course the man of the night: FERRY CORSTEN!!! It was so epic, I wish that all of you could have been there to FEEL what I felt. I friend from Canada was so overwhelmed that she had tears in her eyes (no, she was not high).
The experience was so amazing! And, Besides my love, Ferry, I have to say that Eddie Halliwell DESTROYED US! I mean, literally chewed us up and spit us out again. He was the DJ of the night after Ferry, who was, in my opinion, flawless and played the best set I have ever heard. Sander was his usual relentless self, with hard, banging . Marcus played some sexy , lange and solarstone played classics and trance-y fantastic-ness.
Ferry Played his new releases (which came out that night) as well as a LOAD of classics that made us soar.....it was a night never to be forgotten! He clearly made effort to make this one of his best sets ever (not that there was any doubt that this would be the case!)
Ane of course, the highlight of the night was when Ferry was being ushered out of the stadium by guards and he was wizzing by all the fans....but specifically ran over to me and gave me a couple kisses and said "I cant believe you are here, thank so you so much for coming it means so much to me. Hope you are enjoying the trip and tonight very much! " <3 <3 um, WHAT?!?! Such a sick feeling that he recognized me amongst all those people and thanked me for coming. He just truly knows how to make his fans feel special! <3 <3

| the people in amsterdam certainly know how to welcome foreigners to there country and to their parties. some of the most helpful and respectful people i have ever met. when i went for trance energy this past feb, everyone from the hotel staff to people on the street were so respectful towards everyone and any question we had. and the event itself overseas in holland is just a night ull never forget. it really is what a true rave is all about. everyone there to make everyone else's night better. i cant wait to go back again next year for TE '09. |

ha! it FELT like a dream. To have someone whom has had such a positive influence on your life even take 2 minutes out of his time to thank you for coming from New York was a great thing.

lol haters ;) It was a good moment and I will always respect him for being so chill and down-to-earth with me and his fans. He clearly understands that treating people well certainly adds to his fans image of him.
Also, remembering back to Galaxia and BT-Force of Gravity....my two fav moments of the night because the crowd was just ALL standing there with their hands in the air, and with the BT song just SCREAMING the words. I have never heard such a ROAR from a crowd in my life. WOW is all I have to say.

100% right! The peeps there made sure to take care of EVERYTHING before I even asked, they insisted on paying for drinks (they wouldnt even take no for an answer), helped with directions, places to go, and made a big deal out of making everyone feel comfortable and having a good time. They came out every night, even when they had to work. They are so freakin nice, its sad to come back! Never seen anything like it. I luv em!! <3
