Do those weight gainer powder stuff really work, if u work out after u drink it, or is it before? |

Creatine doesn't cause cancer you dumbass.
Creatine is created naturally in your body. It's part of the ATP-PC cycle.
In the chemical reaction that causes a muscle twitch, Adenosine Triphosphate is broken into Adenosine Diphosphate(ADP) and the 3rd phosphate breaks away and attaches to a creatine amide. then the creatine-phosphate breaks apart and the phosphate rejoins a ADP, with a bit of help and becomes ATP again. In the process Calcium, Glycogen and Water are broken down and burned.
Getting the ATP, is done by the mitochondria breaking down Glucose. In the end of a cycle, 1 Glucose molecule makes 36 ATP's (i think... it's been a while since i studied cellular respiration cycles) |

Ingest the Protein powder about 1-2 hours before you work out.
I suggest you hold off on using that at first. You need to work your body into digesting that higher amount of Protein. Unless you like being bloated and gassy. |

buy the book "Body For Life" by Bill Phillips. theres also some info at www.bodyforlife.com , but you need the book if you wanna do it right.

| heh i dont gain weight no matter what...i take creatine...i'm gonna start with steroids (not too heavy tho) after sumtime...i also take protein but because of my extremely high metabolism rate i can take in tons of that and not gain much weight, only strength... |
