Just left... Three was booooooring... but he's opening for sasha, he's supposed to be.
Sasha on the other hand was ON FIRE!!! Would have stayed all the way through his set but I was just too tired.
Gallery was rammed. Fab Strong was killing it when i was there. Loved everything he was playing. |

Wow...I guess we had totally different nights. I thought Three was great and was killing it. Sasha was Sasha. He was solid and had the Guv eating out of his hand, but it was not even close to his set last year at Haloween or in Montreal with Diggers. It was great to have Gallery open again but to say it was rammed...not quite.
I left around 4:15 simply becuase I was tired and there was something weird in the air at Guv last night. I witnessed more fights and altercations last night that I have in all my times going to Guv since before it was Guv. I have to say right up front I never felt unsafe or thought something really bad was going to happen. However, something bad is going to happen at Guv if they don't get the sketchy Asians under control. The 905er's and the posers are all talk and just like to show their feathers but for the most part when push comes to shove they usually back down and it ends with some yelling.
There were 5 altercations around me in a period of less than 1 hour (in front of the stairs to the patio). The first one was the worst and it seemed to invole 20+ asians ...pushing and fighting. When it was over about 4 guys were escorted out by the bouncers (one guy bleeding from his eybrow, nose nad lip. They were still trying to get at each other as the bouncers walked them out. The other 4 incidents involved a groupd of asians and white guys and they were all caused by people taking offence to people pushing their way through the crowd.
Like I said I never feared for my safety last night and have in fact blocked people from pushing themselves past me and my group of friends. However, I really got the feeling last night that things are getting to their limit between the different groups.
Anyway, I had a pretty good time despite all the drama. |

Put a limit on the # of ing asians entering guvernment, i dont give a about racial profiling, half of them at least dont belong there for many reasons:
1) theyre over 40 years of age
2) theyre cracked out on drugs
3) they have no clue who the dj is, ever
4) they have no clue why theyre there or what EDM is
They are a massive burden to club goers, get them the out. |

just got home now. for some reason i just couldn't get into sasha's set. i've seen sasha's plenty of times but i wasn't impressed tonight. i thought i was alone because everyone around me seemed to be loving it but after talking to a few people i found out they were in the same boat i was in. it was a good set, just not as banging as i was hoping for. maybe my expectations were set too high for this night.
overall it was a good night though. the crowd was bearable once the usher crowd went home and we had a pretty solid group with us. it was good to see everyone out. just got a message from knox saying that sasha is still going strong. |

The guv was still packed when I left at 6. Great energy.
It was nice to meet a bunch of new people. I never realized how many good looking girls there are on TA. |

| I had a good time although at times I found Sasha hard to get into..as for Three...I was enjoying the set on the balcony until I looked down and realized he looked like he was pretending to mix. Only saw him change the cd once when sasha came on to get ready for his set. I was highly suspicious and it put a damper on my mood. Left at 6 and it was still bumping. Good to finally meet those of you I did. :D |
