DOMAN & GOODING #1 on Beatport; are they from Toronto?

Hey TA's,
Okay so I'm trying to connect a few dots, and I'm wondering if you can help.
On Beatport right now, there is a track at #1 that was produced by DOMAN & GOODING.
Now there is a DOMAN+PETTIGREW that play in the main room at CiRCA every Saturday. Is it the same guys? And if so, why is PETTIGREW going by GOODING?
