| The trick is to vent small quantities of anger immediately, so that you never reach that blow-out point. If you are getting that angry then you're already mismanaging your anger. |

I walk away. And I'll walk away until I don't want to walk away anymore, at which point I'll usually snap on the nearest deserving target.
When possible, I -run- for stress/anger relief. Sometimes though, it's a bit difficult to relax until I can do that :p
Alcohol sometimes too... you forget about problems pretty fast when faced! However again, sometimes this isn't possible (i.e. at work). |

| Getting baked truly is an awesome way to forget irrational feelings of anger...of anything really. Once you're stoned and reflect on how you were just thinking/acting, it all seems so ing ridiculous and embarrassing. At least that's how I feel. :o |
