Cost to design/print flyers???

Normally I would never do this but Im really stuck.
Im working on a marketing plan (for school)and I need a quote for a graphic designer. I know there are a lot of TAs that are in that field or have experience getting flyers made. Im hoping someone can help me out.
What would it cost for someone to design and print a double sided 4x6 colour flyer in the following quantities:
500
1000
2000
Also if you can mention a company that would do it for that price.

generaly, people who print club flyers will do 5000 as their smallest quantity.
$240 to $275 is prettty much standard for 5000

I can get you 5000 4x6 for for $225 taxes in, and they deliver.
As for design, that depends on how good the person is. I know designers that are incredible who would charge at least $450 for something even that size. I know other ones that are good who will charge $150.
or you could get a starving student or someone just starting out in the field to do it for $50 lol |

Appearently Evan is cooler than me.
www.clubflyers.com does small quatities. They're also american. Factor in shipping, plus boarder tariffs etc.
