All I can say is he is definitely one of kind. I have been blessed to have been witness to 100 hundreds of headliners over the past ten years and have been going to WMC since 2002 without missing a year in between and he always seems to throw down a ridiculous set each time and never has disappointed me (personally seen him at least 2 dozen times). I guess there are certain DJ’s that have that magic I guess…I don’t know what else to call it. I will admit I am biased toward his style of house but I always welcome all the other genera’s as well. I’ve seen my share of Tiesto, PVD, Benny, Armin shows also and don’t get me wrong I’ve like those as well but for some reason sometimes they give ya something you don’t expect which catches you off guard…Don’t you hate that? I am sure some of you know what I am talking about for those that have seen the same DJ several times and all of sudden it’s a set that wasn’t expected…
As a matter a fact I like Robbie so much I have booked my flight and hotel today for the show down in San Juan, Puerto Rico January 3rd with Tiesto at Parque Central (Central Park) that show should be sick and I will have video footage and photos of that event so I will share those with you all as soon as I come back…(or you can see them on my site milwaukeenights.com)Anyway, yes he’s expensive and there are guys that are twice as expensive that I would love to bring to Milwaukee but…without a major sponsor its difficult for me to bring someone down in the likes of Benny, PVD, or Armin…but I wont stop trying… |
