Whats the *most* time you ever spent on a track? (pg. 2)

| I work on a track only until I don't see it going anywhere. It can be frustrating leaving behind something that you've worked on for two, three, even four days for something else, but I find you can take elements you like of that track and start something fresh. |

A week at most for me as well. If I don't have something I like within an hour or so from starting I trash it and try again later.
A lot of it comes in bursts though and there is a certain degree that my mood helps me work on tracks.
Sometimes I feel just way too technical to do anything "artistic" so I will go weeks sometimes where I just trash stuff day after day and then do not work on anything for some time. |

Predictability is just your awareness to patterns that have yet to occur. Being aware to something that might never happen must make you some sort of god. Though if you are a god, i want non of your religion. |

| You've made a number of really glib remarks on other topics, so that kind of vague insult isn't exactly out of character. |

yep: predictability has nothing to do with the transcendental: that's why it can and often is wrong
hence: to assume makes an ASS of U and ME |
