so how was it? If they were doing a DJ set I would have gone....just tired of their live show.

Please excuse my ignorance... but I pay zero attention to IM

Do they do the entire show live?? No DJing? Does this mean its all their own tracks?

infected mushroom is two guys.... they are djs and do play dj sets.
when they do live shows they get extra musicians.

"Live" is one way of putting it. I had high hopes for them the first time I went to see them, but it turns out they're pretty much like Daft Punk without the showmanship (meaning they're just playing a preprogrammed set).

Edit: Well, they called it live, anyway, and there were no extra musicians. They had the keyboards and gear laid out but never actually touched any of it.

Ohhhh okay. Makes sense.

Although I dont imagine it being something I would enjoy.

Thanks :)

I went last night not knowing what to expect, but it was alright, it was pretty fun and a change from the usual.

but who is the dj that usually closes on sat? it was rocking and very good from like 4 onwards..lots of sick tracks played, really enjoyed it.

The one year at BeB they did a live show then a DJ set....the DJ set was amazing...some really good psy. Personally, I call their live shows more psy rock then anything else.
