I saw! I'm really gonna try hard and make it out for Satoshi. I was mostly just joshin with Sam. :)
I don't really prefer Opera, last time I was there for Howells the sound kinda sucked and it was really noticable, but if there's good music going down there, I'll try and be there.
I care more about seeing some great talent then where it's actually happening. |

Yeah, as much as I can't stand the venue/staff, I can't really say I've ever had a bad time at Opera. Keep bringing in good names and I'll come.
But seriously, work on getting more stuff at wetbar. :p |

| Wish I could say the same as you two. I've never enjoyed a show there sans the VIP Howells thing. That was mostly because there was a couch and good sound for once. |

| I wish you could say the same too, honestly. |

| I've been to Opera once. It sucked. I've been to 1150 about seven or eight times, it was alright. |

Opera may be , but I'd rather support the scene in Atlanta then whine about how sucky the place is.
Besides, drink enough and do enough substances and it doesn't matter where you are. You could be rockin out at a rave in a McDonald's Playplace. |

| As positive as that statement is, I'm not going to spend lots of money to not have a good time. That negates the point of a party. |

Whatever, not worth arguing.
I'm sure in February me and my hip-flask will be at Opera whenever someone worth there salt comes through. |

I've had a few spectacular nights at Opera and a few miserable nights at Opera. Most nights are so so.
Sometimes the place is so packed or the staff are such s or the tunes just aren't getting the respect they deserve from the sound system or sometimes the crowd is full of douchebags who like to spill beer on me, knock my beer out of my hand and put their cigarettes out on me.
But sometimes the crowd is full of actual fans and you can actually move around and keep a beer in your hand without getting 20 cigarette burns, all the while listening to some amazing music.
I've never had a bad night at WETbar though, I will admit that much. Place always has a great crowd and a great sound system. |

I enjoyed WETbar up until deadmau5, which was an unfortunate unforgivable offense.
But I honestly can't recall an experience at Opera that left me satisfied. I've enjoyed it to an extent, but the aforementioned staff/crowd/concept find a way to irritate me every time. |

| I think to work at opera they have a training day on how to be s and before each night they have a meeting with all the staff in the main room just to make sure everyone knows before the night starts just how to be an ass..but I could go on for days about that club and how horrible it is to play there as a dj and I can't imagine they treat these big names any better either... |
