PRODUCER OF THE # 1 DANCE HIT "HEAVEN"
DJ SAMMY
bscarbro
I wouldn't mind going to this to check out Andy, Victor, and Kristina, but I already RSVP'd for a Christmas Party. :( :(

Plus... LOL at DJ SAMMY!!! Has anybody even heard any mixes from the guy, and I can't really remember the last jam he came out with besides the ones from the "Heaven" days.

Maybe I'm wrong about Sammy. If so could someone post up some mixes of his if they exist. Doubtful but I'd thought I'd ask.

Haha, that's exactly what I was going to post, except the part about not going. I'm going for sure, but I'll probably go see Dave Dresden too if he's on after Andy Moor. I just hope Kristina Sky's timeslot is late enough that I can still catch her set. A friend of mine has to go to this concert for a bit. :nervous:

I don't want to get stuck in all the DJ Sammy fandom, then again, I could be wrong about him. :tongue2

well, I kinda thought the same thing about DJ Sammy... cause all I remembered him by, like most people i'm sure, was "Heaven".. and I hadn't heard anything about him or heard any of his newer tracks, remixes or dj mixes for a loooong time, so I just checked out his website and listened to some of his new tracks and dj mixes and WOW! Soooooo not what I expected! Anyone who thinks they're going to hear him play a set full of "Heaven" cheese is going to be in for a BIG surprise!!! In a good way!!!...but don't listen to me, listen for yourself!!! If you haven't heard any of his newer stuff, check it out!!!

You can listen to his newer tracks, remixes and dj mix sets here:

not bad
but his june session sounds like a set i just spun, kinda freaky
and considering how big of a DJ he is, he is playing tracks mashed up by not so big producers...but then again that a good thing, i should send him some of my tracks..haha

WOW!!! I must say I am quite surprised from what I hear. What is going to be funny though is if there's going to end up being a lot of kids there expecting him to play his "Heaven" type style and he busts out with this. That would be funny to see. :haha:

But ya I'm definitely impressed with the style that he's playing now. Damn!! Now I kinda wish I could go to see how he plays live. !!Might have to duck out of that Christmas Party early. LOL.

WinterFresh Moved to Pharaoh's for this Saturday ... Official Statement !!

Winterfresh 2008 has been officially moved to Pharaoh's Lost Kingdom @ 1101 N. California St., Redlands CA, 92374, in San Bernardino. Pharaoh's Lost Kingdom has recently gone through some innovative, exciting, and comfortable renovations. The main indoor room has been remodeled to provide more space, and increase the air flow within the venue.

Fresh Entertainment prides itself on being a legitimate production company, and apologizes sincerely for this last minute change of venue. Even though the location has changed, all talent is still confirmed. We also still promise that this will be the most innovative and exciting electronic music event of the winter season, and will still offer all of the extra trimmings that Fresh is famous for.

To offer an explanation as to why the venue went through this last-minute change, please read below.

The previous venue, Chester's Warehouse, or Lot 61, was declared unfit for Winterfresh 2008 due to the owner's, (Chester's), consistently erratic, rude, unprofessional behavior with city officials, police, and fire department. All of the permits for the venue had not only been filed, but approved as well. However, Chester foolishly went out of his way to enrage city officials once more, and they revoked the permits.

City Officials have been quoted as saying, "We apologize about these unfortunate circumstances, as this has nothing to do with you or your company, but everything to do with the venue and its owner. His total unwillingness to comply with reasonable safety regulations is what has tied our hands."

Fresh Entertainment once more apologizes for this last minute adjustment to our event, and hope to see everyone this Saturday. Join us as we create unity on the dancefloor and produce the most innovative and exciting electronic music event of the Winter season. We still promise to construct an unforgettable night of memories in the making, set to an incredible soundtrack spun by Dance Music Superstars on throbbing sound systems with dazzling lasers, lights and decorations, all to be enjoyed by thousands and thousands of beautiful people.

~Fresh Entertainment
