Last year there was only 4 nights, but he doesn't need the whole set on his personal website, I don't have the link to his flikr at the moment but I'm pretty sure that's where the rest of them are from last year.

Latest I've stayed this year was midnight and it was still going so I can't answer number 1. But as for 2, no it's not BYOB. It wasn't last year either.
