| My before and after photos are hung up in one of the chair rooms :D He's pretty proud of my results, and it's always nice seeing my old teeth again and wondering what life would be like today with those chomps. |

I bought an electric flosser, and they are great. They gently go side by side to get in between some close teeth I have, so they move in between by themselves. It's something like below and it was like $13 at shoppers'. |

I've wanted braces since i smashed my face up in the 8th grade, unfortunatley they cost so much my mom couldn't afford. Now that im older and have my own dental plan i should spring for them so i can fix my effed up smile.
How long does the average person wear braces for? Does it depend on how bad your teeth are or..? |

i had to wear mine for 2 years. :( 4 teeth pulled as well. |

Ofcourse it depends on how bad your teeth are. I had to get 4 teeth pulled out and wore braces for 3 years. It was a total bitch, but the feeling afterwards is probably what it feels like to get out of jail lol. No restrictions, and you'll definitely smile with more confidence. |

I was actually on invisalign for.. ONE day lol. I originally wanted that but after wearing it for a day and thinking about the pros and cons vs. braces, i decided to go for the porcelain braces. Same price but you dont have to worry about taking them out when u want to eat or drink.. and I love snacking especially at school in long boring classes... They don't work as good as braces or as quickly, so it's really a personal choice. Oh and your teeth have to "qualify" for invisalign. |
