Mark Knight & Funkagenda's "Arena" steal the melody from Andy Ling - Fixation? (pg. 4)

Everybody samples from one another, that is fine.
Sample= sound, a short one.
Not a whole freaking tune!
There is a diffrence between copying samples then copy the whole SYNTH and Melody together.
so all those who cry about - everybody do it bla bla bla... yes people sample but not 1 to 1 copy.
The only diffrence in this track then andyling is the start the end, and the sample (which mark prob' worked over time to get it the same sound in order not to credit andy) and the melody is 100% the same.
And don't call me a newbie i've been here before most of you all. |

andy ling - fixation (funkagenda & mark night '09 mix)? or whatever? who knows, it might have gotten even MORE promotion that way. and it's the right way to do it. lame. |
