Yeah, you're probably right. I was considering it, but I'd much rather own property rather than pay rent on an apartment. The spot I'm looking at in Harrison would be prime because it is about 5 blocks away from the path station. I work right outside of the WTC path station. |
that's perfect. are you talking about the new condos they are putting up on the south side of 280? I want to say on south first street.
i work in Times Square, unfortunately, so getting a spot in the city is something that crosses my mind from time to time. The three train transfer BS is getting old. Hopefully when the economy turns around i can find a job downtown (if business still operates down there when this thing is over). |

Iberia, Solar de Minho, Seabra's, so much delicious brazilian & portuguese bbq food around in that area.
I was heavily contemplating getting an apartment in nyc, but I think I might go for a condo in Harrison instead. 3 blocks away from Tops Diner :wtf: |
ing Hamburgao and Boi Na Brasa. |

Yeah, 3 Stanley Cups in 9 years is terrible... :haha: And we just beat the Canadiens in Montreal, without Brodeur in net for the next 4 months... Oh, and we're still in the same standing as when Brodeur was here, but we're 3-5 games less-played than everyone else above us... You do the math... :stongue: |

Good move... My friend's brother lives around there... I'm looking around there next semester for a place to move out to, as it's near the new soccer stadium, and a stop away from seeing Devils games whenever I want to!... |

From a neutrals point of view, the negative/boring tactics used mean games aren't worth watching. There are enough teams who try to use some flair and skill and sometimes they'll have results go against them, but at least they try. |

Well yes and no... It's like comparing the street basketball player who has all flair and does crazy moves and tricks, to the NBA player who is less entertaining but has the fundamentals down-pat.
I'm probably wrong here, but nothing can stop me from arguing for my Devs ;) :haha: |

| Although I haven't lived there I was in Avon by the Sea this summer, and it was pretty nice. It seems like the state is a piece of swiss cheese though. There are some great parts and absolutely horrible parts. A guy down the hall from me said that they supposedly turned AC around. Last time I was there (I think 3 or 4 years ago) it was an absolute dump. |
