| adding wine to food is a must,best thing to do thoe is put the wine in the pan first and let it reduce down to nothin. and carry on adding the rest off your ingredients. |

i do this quite often. try breading it first, not using eggs though. and cook it in sauvignon blanc. gives it a nice tart citrus flavor. add parsley, thyme and rosemary.
im a big Jack Daniel's drinker and i usually marinade my beef in Jack and or use it for sauces.
my grandmother has also used beer for her arroz con pollo aka chicken and rice. |
