Hey,there's one thing i have to say...
get your @##es to see that movie..really inspiring and full of the meaning of life! the exactly opposite of saying that our feelings are but electric nerve signals!

get on the movie,it's great!

Amelie Poulain (it's french and even though i dislike them a bit i sure loved the movie!)
Take care!
fastmp3
fabulous movie , i definitely recommend it
torontotrance
Yes....very well made movie.
Fraggle
yeah, loved it!

would prolly get the dvd if it's ever released (hopefully soon :))

btw...sfx were done with maya if anyone's interested :D

Palivar

"I remember her, she was a strong little one all the way up until the end"

This film was incredible. Totally got ripped off at the Academy Awards for not winning Best Foreign Film or Best Cinematography. If you liked Amelie, you'd love Juenet's other films. Namely:

City of Lost Children

Check it out, it's worth putting up with the french for another two hours. HA!
Dj DoomForce
Yeah, guess i can get over with the French stuff if it's a good movie!
Thanx for suggesting this!
Btw Fraggle, the movie's already out on the dvd,and amazing stuff it's two dvd's,one with the movie and the other full of secret stuff and making of,good!
I've already ripped the movie in 2 cd's,it's now one of my favs!
:)

palivar sucks, and back to the topic...yes, i do recommend the movie to all, especially to people like palivar that makes a meaningless comment about a movie that is very touching for all humans.

Well,i must admit that i agree with this opinion..
I really like your presence around palivar,u have a great taste of humour but that was definetely meaningless and dumb..
u probably haven't seen the movie, right?get to see it then and reconsider on posting these pics again!

I loved the movie! It was definitely the best one I've seen last year. And it so deserved an Oscar for the best foreign movie.. "No Man's Land" - and I'm not patriotic about this one - shouldn't have taken it! (And I say it's only because it's MGM production.. )

In original: Le fabuleaux destin d'Amelie Poulin, not on video/DVD in N. America yet (July 16th if I remember right) but it's still playing in some theatres. The music is cute.

See Jeunet's "Delicatessen" too, it's good!

Very inspiring. Makes you wonder if life were that simple but hell I would trade with the TRAVELLING GNOME ANYTIME!!!

Check it out!

loved this flick!! For once, an uplifting and optimistic french film.
My favourite bit is the father's face when he sees the fotos of his gnome in moscow/beijing/rome...also, I thought the romance was really sweet, I cried quite a bit throughout the whole film, I admit!! Very touching, will also hunt for the dvd. Glad to hear others liked it too.

cheers
Ilina
