i have its going well to be fair looking to have all key components buy the end off this week.
then decide on what i want to keep and its all about mastering after that. :D :D |

Maybe Alonzo didn't wrap up his comments too nicely but I do think his comments are accurate. They describe some of the rather obvious problems the original has. I like the track, but I still agree with most of the remarks Alonzo made.
"Obviously it's not your style" most definitely does not apply to his remarks, even if it is the case. There's work to be done.

Indeed, i felt that the track could have been much better produced, if someone takes offense then it is too bad because it is just criticism. I was reluctant to have my thread hijacked by this because i thought it wouldn't materialize, and i didn't listen to the track before hand either. I was initially hoping a more prominent artist would have volunteered...hence i just abandoned the thread after the infestation begun to take place.
And about remixing the track to solely provide promotion for you and your label, i speak on behalf of all the producers who consider themselves above average here; that it really isnt worth the time and effort.You can polish a turd but it will never truly shine. |
