I feel sorry for those peeps that go there. I got a few friends that are still there... they've been working since the strike.

I feel even worse for those international students... they must think York is ed to continually strike.

Exactly what I was telling a friend of mine, although I have no idea if it's even possible or not.

All I know is I would be losing it if the same happened to me.

i was chatting with my lil sister about this the other day....

can't believe it has gone this far!

Another thing that is messed up is that apparently the president of the York Student Federation was no where to be found during the month of November. Not returning phone calls for interview and so on.... looks like he took off on vacation in the moment when he is needed most!! LOL!

I went through the same thing the last time they went on strike. I decided not to go back when they finally settled their differences. They wanted to pretend we didn't miss any time, just kinda brush it off. That to me sums up what university has become, atleast at york.

I'm really happy I didn't do the Osgoode/NYU law program now! Tuition for Windsor/Detroit Mercy is expensive enough. It would have sucked to have paid more only to have the school to go on strike for this long!

lol you're telling me you got accepted by Osgoode and didn't attend because of tuition fees?

I don't believe that for a second.

and for the record, the strike mainly effects the undergrads.
