All those little bugs that people complain about have been fixed (people that don't understand the difference between 'back' in your browser and 'back' in Beatport...I'm talking to you). I predict good things for Beatport. |

It may look "logical" to you but people are used to use back and forward buttons to navigate through browser history so they expect beatport to work like that. People shouldn't have to check whether a site is done in flash, javascript or whatever to guess if they can use theses buttons or not.
This is called consistency and I think it's a great improvement with all the other stuff they showed on the video that may look like small features at first but do a lot for the user experience. |

| I understand that, and when I first started using Beatport I did that too. I guess I was just referring to the people that have been using Beatport for years and still confuse the two. It's really not that hard :p |

i never use the back/forward buttons on the browser personally. i have buttons for back and forward on my mouse and i use them all the time (and have used for years), so i think this improvement will be brilliant. it'll make using beatport much more intuitive for me. |

Yeah that's a good point, I'd occasionally do that out of habit when I had a desktop computer. The video didn't state whether or not they were going to keep the flash back/forward buttons, because I'm REALLY used to that and I can imagine myself forgetting how to go back some pages. |

Dude, that happened to me like....twice when I first started using Beatport. It ain't rocket science :rolleyes:
Anyhow, all the improvements seem nice. |
