if you're looking to show your abs, you have to be under 12% body fat :P so yeah hardcore dieting might be extreme, but cardio can certainly do you good in getting there. watching what you eat before you sleep, doing a fairly intense ab workout, and doing cardio when you can will probably take off that little belly in no time.
