Whether or not it's fair and square depends on who's evaluating it; however, that is inconsequential. Israel is a colony in that it is a state that was forged by Europeans displacing and subjugating a pre-existing resident culture and imposing a new one. Even many of the founders of Israel wrote about the difficulties of establishing it as a colony. |
