and something tells me there are tenthousand more in her fanbase who feel that this one is the sore thumb that they wished to be deleted from their cd or just didn't download in their itunes or soulseek.

i see this vocalisation just as a mere suble breaching to a different audience, i think they have mellowed with their 'we let our music speak for ourselves' kind of thing, since they even started to do interviews after the release of the campfire headphase. |

Shes beyonce's sister. And that means royalty checks in the mail for Borders Of Canada every single time the track airs. Nothing wrong with talented artists getting mainstream promotion and money! The rest is all irrelevant...

that's fine, but the title of the version on her cd should really be
boards of canada feat. solange ~ we be slo'in dis bird down 
in all seriousness though, some things were simply never meant to exist... things like chocolate covered lard, m&m pizza... solange's vocalization over a boc track is somewhere near the top of the list.
