Erick Morillo, 37, pleaded not guilty to the charge when he appeared at Paisley Sheriff Court on Monday.
He was released on bail and ordered to return to Scotland for trial in March.
The Miami-based music producer was detained by police at the weekend after flying in for an appearance at the Arches in Glasgow."

he's lucky this didn't happen in Dubai .. Grooverider was caught there with 1g of weed and sentenced to 4 years in prison, for which he only served 8 months and was freed upon clemency during Ramadan lol..

apparently his sentenced was reduced because of the help of Paul Oakenfold, who happens to be good friends with a prince in the UAE. |
