Zild, I never said anything about thugs being Julios. I dont have a camera and I don't know where the pics of the shows are kept.
My definition of a Julio is not necessarily based on appearance alone. My definition is one who is full of himself that goes to a club with the sole objective of preying on women...and tries to hard at that. The Julio typically cares nothing about the type of the music being played and usually has no idea or care who the headliner is.
James Reed is high up in the Julio hierarchy, obvious by the fact that his unorganized sets consist of what I call: "Julio House"
