| Yep, it was based off of a character he played in something British. He basically expanded his character into a whole novel full of adventures. |

| People watching house for the medical mysteries are completely missing the point :p It's about House being an ass to people in hilarious ways and the interaction between the characters, the medical cases are just there as a background and context. |
