Only now? I noticed that by the second or third episode that aired; someone has a problem, people think they know what it is and treat it accordingly, patient gets worse, House knows and does something radical but people give him tons of and disagree and threaten his job etc., treatment ends up working and his underlings go, "Oh lulz we need to go back to med school. PRAISE HOUSE!"
I mean, really, correct me if I'm wrong (because I've never watched one full episode), but every trailer for every episode I've seen has had that exact same format. It's bull. |

| The show is definitely formulaic, but I really enjoy the medical stuff and the characters are interesting enough to make the show entertaining. |

You're correct, but the show does have its good moments when it deals with bigger issues. Sadly, it uses these as minor subplots and , making the show 98% formulaic. |
