Umm this has nothing to do with the headlights themsevles, as too many dumb s in trucks and TY aftermarket ones that should NEVER be on their car. BMW has these. They are called HIDs. They are ing AWESOME.
The reason there are so many that with your vision, is because there are tons of hondas and the likes that did not have them from the factory. People add them after, and they have a light. Their headlight assemblies are not made for it, disperse the beam pattern incorrectly (causing LESS visibility) and are unable to be aimed correctly. These are all causes of your frustration. |

they're called HID.
if its one some garbagecan of trash car its probably a retrofit gone wrong (aka the optics the beam up to blind everyone - also illegal) the cars that it come with, that's a proper hID and doesn't blind.
they own. and look baller. |

but when is flashing from far and when you realize is a fkin vw bettle with those kind of lights, it pisses me off |
